Siguiendo con las cosas curiosas del origen de nombres geek, como el de Yahoo! del otro día, leo hoy Open Source for the Enterprise y me encuentro con "a-patchy-server" (un servidor "parcheado" o con mucho parche)
A group of people, building their own web sites were frustrated with NCSA web server and started sharing patches to it; these patches became the Apache web server...
